Horizontal support profiles

Vertical support profiles

ATK 100 Minor

Direct fastening of façade panels (visible or glued).

Use as spacer substructure and as base construction e.g. for horizontal systems for concealed fixings.

ATK 100 ZeLa

The thermally decoupled wall brackets ZeLa, consisting of a base bracket and a sword made of aluminium or stainless steel, separated by polyamide couplings, form the basis for the vertical level as the vertical support system ATK 100. They are fixed to the building substrate by means of anchoring means. To reduce thermal bridges, the wall brackets can additionally be fitted with thermostops made of rigid PVC. In order to allow for all common insulation thicknesses and façade projections, various sword projections are designed. In order to compensate for the thermal expansion of the profiles, the wall brackets are used both as fixed and sliding points. In addition to the proportional wind loads, the fixed point absorbs the entire dead weight of the façade panels and substructure. The special feature of this system is the sliding mechanism already integrated into the bracket in the polyamide couplings, so that no slotted holes are required in the bracket blade.

ATK 100 KL

The façade clamps ATK 100 KL are used for the visible fastening of façade panels. The façade panels are held in place by the clamps. The base plate of the bracket element is identical for all variants, but the brackets are adapted in position and type to the different applications (e.g. joint, reveal) and cladding materials. The clamp elements are fixed directly to the matching support profile. For a more visually appealing solution, the clamps can be coated in the respective (RAL) panel colour.

ATK 101

The U-shaped wall brackets FUH of the ATK 101 vertical support system made of aluminium form the basis for the vertical level. They are fixed to the building substrate by means of anchoring means. To reduce thermal bridges, the wall brackets can be additionally equipped with thermostops made of rigid PVC. To allow for all common insulation thicknesses and façade projections, the wall brackets are designed with different projections. In order to compensate for the thermal expansion of the profiles, the wall brackets are used both as fixed and sliding points. The fixed point absorbs the entire dead weight of the façade panels and substructure in addition to the proportional wind loads. The sliding point with its elongated holes also ensures that the vertical profile can slide due to thermal expansion. The sliding point also serves to transfer wind loads.

ATK 102 Façade clamps

The façade clamps ATK 102 are used for the visible fastening of façade panels. Here, the façade panels are held at the edge of the panel. There are different variants of the clamps for different applications (e.g. joint, reveal) as well as for different cladding materials. The clamps are mounted directly on the matching ATK 102 vertical profile. The clip can also be used for concealed fixing of terracotta.

ATK 103

The agraffes are part of the concealed fastening for ventilated curtain facades. They are mounted on the in the façade panel and transfer the loads generated by the façade panels to the horizontal profiles. Thanks to the coordinated geometry, the agraffes can be hooked into the horizontal profiles quickly and easily. The two agraffes at the top, on the outside, have adjustment screws to level the height of the panel and thus create a consistent joint pattern. The agraffes also have fixed and sliding points. While the fixed points are fixed by accessory elements (e.g. clamping pieces or U-profiles), the non-fixed sliding points allow the thermal expansion of the system. The agraffes are available in different dimensions.

ATK 106 SZ 20

Sub-structure system for hidden composite aluminium panels fixed in place

BWM distancing brackets : BWM Type N , LW 50 , made of aluminium or high-grade steel

ATK 107 B

ATK 107 Clip

The ATK 107 clips are mainly used for fastening metal cassettes and panels. They are riveted or screwed to the supporting structure according to static dimensioning and requirements. The internal rubber fixes the façade panel and prevents noise caused by panel movement.

ATK 601

The ATK 601 wall bracket sets consist of a long-shaft anchor, which absorbs the transverse, tensile and compressive force, as well as an attachment part and a T-piece. Depending on the orientation of the T-piece, a vertical or horizontal aluminium support system can be mounted on the wall bracket.

Wood bracket Type T1/T2

The optimal solution for combining wooden and aluminium substructures. Furthermore, they are compatible with all wall bracket systems.
The T-piece is used as an adapter for the base of a vertical supporting structure made of wood.
