To this end, the fixing specialist has fully taken over BWM D\u00fcbel und Montagetechnik GmbH from Leinfelden-Echterdingen near Stuttgart. fischer will thus enhance its broad programme of innovative fixing solutions with substructure systems for secure and sustainable fa\u00e7ades. The two companies worked closely together even before the takeover.<\/h4>\n<p>Wall holders for securely mounting fa\u00e7ades have also been included in the broad spectrum of innovative fischer fixing systems for many years. With the takeover of BWM, fischer now offers its customers system solutions for the modern \u201cbuilding cover\u201d. This includes substructure systems for rear-ventilated, curtain fa\u00e7ades, which combine thermal insulation in accordance with current energy-related specifications with functionality\u00a0and freedom of design.<\/p>\n<p>With more than 80 patents for innovation and more than 400 products, BWM is setting a high technical standard for fa\u00e7ade substructure systems. The brand is very well suited to fischer thanks to its innovative spirit. The group of companies is always setting new trends on the market with its products and Services.<\/p>\n<p>Their primary goal is to supply customers quickly and flexibly with the best-suited and most efficient solution for their current fixing project and to thus secure a leading position in the market.<\/p>\n<p>For over 40 years, BWM has established itself as a globally successful expert for innovative and constructive solutions in fa\u00e7ade engineering. The complete takeover will mean promising growth opportunities for the medium-sized company. The subsidiary BWM Produktion GmbH in Gorleben was also taken over. The company supports the prefabrication and assembly of system modules for substructures and thus flexible reaction to customer requirements<\/p>\n<p>BWM D\u00fcbel und Montagetechnik GmbH and BWM Produktion GmbH have been merged, and are operating under the name of BMW Fassadensysteme GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>Within the fischer Group of Companies, BWM is operating as an independent company.
