It is the role of the rear ventilation in this process to keep the structure dry through a constant stream of air\u00a0between the rear ventilation space and the external air.\u00a0Steam occurring\u00a0(new-build moisture, moisture\u00a0from use)\u00a0is led off to the outside without\u00a0condensation forming.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Open joints in the fa\u00e7ade cladding\u00a0present an additional connection to the outside air.\u00a0A further construction physics use\u00a0alongside\u00a0the heat insulation in summer as well as winter.
